SECURE TRANSACTIONS
All payments made using the card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover) are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Vivapayments” of Viva Wallet and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 256-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
DELIVERY
Our Goods are predominantly roast-to-order, and we typically require up to three (3) working days to prepare them for dispatch. In alignment with our zero-waste philosophy, we may, when appropriate, fulfill orders using freshly roasted stock already available. In any case, alll coffee dispatched is within its optimal freshness window and meets our highest quality standards.
Deliveries within the Attica region will either be delivered by SPEEDEX or BOX NOW.
For SPEEDEX, delivery normally this requires 1 to 3 working / business days for the Goods to reach you, but this is up to SPEEDEX. Deliveries to the rest of Greece will be delivered between 3 and 5 working / business days by SPEEDEX.
For BOX NOW, in the applicable areas, the delivery times are 2 working / business days for mainland Greece from the day of pickup, and 3 working / business days for the Greek islands.
We will notify you by way of email if for any reason there is a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.
If we receive no communication from you, within 3 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
For international shipments the customer is regarded as the importer and responsible for all laws and regulations of the country receiving the goods and responsible for any import duties or taxes.
DURING SALES SEASON
During our sales season, production will be taking place between Monday and Wednesday. For orders placed after Thursday, if there is no stock available that week, coffees will be roasted during Monday and Wednesday of the following week, before they are packaged and dispatched.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Create Coffee Roasters aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged, and we strive to ensure the complete satisfaction of our customers. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions.
If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, stating reasons for the changes and setting out your options, you should contact us at info@createcoffeeroasters.com as soon as you can to arrange collection and return. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. After we’ve received your email, you should send the item to:

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend a trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item or proof of received return delivery.
Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the item to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The item was purchased in the last 7 days
The item was not used or damaged
The item was not unsealed after delivery
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any items that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions.
